I’m Tatsuki Kitamura, a fourth-year student at Waseda University.
I taught myself to program about a year and a half ago and have been building for the web with React and Rails ever since.
With job hunting behind me, I’m now actively taking on web development work.

A 30–60 minute chat, online or in person, about what you need and where you are now.

I send over a quote and a contract. Work starts only once you are happy with them.
Nothing is charged at this stage.

Build & launch
I build the site while keeping you updated on progress. Post-launch support is available too.
Maintenance can be arranged as needed.

Pricing is quoted per project.

It depends on the size of the site, your requirements and the deadline, so I put together a quote after we have talked.
Consultations and quotes are free. Feel free to reach out.

FAQ

Q.Do you work with any kind of business?: A.Yes, any industry is welcome. I have built sites with all sorts of looks and feels, for everyone from sole traders to shop owners.
Q.Can we sign a contract?: A.Of course. I have a standard freelance service agreement ready, so you can commission work with peace of mind.
Q.Do you meet in person or online?: A.Both. We can meet over Zoom or Google Meet, or in person if you are in Tokyo.
Q.Can you handle updates and maintenance after launch?: A.Yes, maintenance can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. We can go over the details when I prepare your quote.
Q.How long does a project take?: A.It depends on the scope, but as a rough guide a simple landing page takes 1–2 weeks and a multi-page site 3–4 weeks.
